WHAT LIFE WOULD BE LIKE IF THE POPULOUS WERE UNARMED!!!!!

Hey, this is a question or right that has been argued about for years. The right believes in the populous being armed while the left believes just the opposite. The left, if allowed to have their way, would have “gun control” to the nth degree. You or I as an individual would not be allowed to have guns of any type or shape and no ammunition to boot. That would apply to control by the government, and it would be illegal to process even such weapons as hunting rifles. If you were allowed, it would be at their approval and there would be all sorts of hoops to jump thru and of course fees galore. The fees would be extremely high and could be withdrawn at any time or for any reason. The democrats have argued for years that it would make the populous safer which is of course completely wrong headed. It would make it easier for the crooks as they would be the ones who would not obey the laws as they are first and foremost crooks. They need to be armed to support their lifestyle while the average American citizen would become an even a greater target for the criminals.

We as “gun owners” have argued this point for years and so far, have been successful in maintaining the right to bear arms. The democrats have argued that they would not want to limit hunting type arms, but it would be the first crack in the system which they would continue to pry open to complete “gun control”! They might be satisfied for a short period of time; but, they would continue to push to disarm the average American citizen. They are never satisfied with limited and always push for the maximum.

The democrats would also continue to push even to the point of the “police” not bearing weapons as they do in some countries. Can you even imagine what harm would come our police if that were to happen? The criminals would be the ones hollering, “put your hands up” to you and the police. So, think hard and long about how our freedom would change if that were to happen. I know it is hard to think about such; but, it is part of your duty as a “free American citizen” to do so. Can you even imagine how life would change for something as simple as a trip to the bank? Or stop and think, what bank, as they would probably cease to exist. How would they ever be able to stay open if they had no security.

Now let’s take it one step further and try to understand how we as citizens would really exist if “gun control” was to ever become the law of the land. Just stop and think of the life in Iran today. Their citizenry is one limited in such a fashion. They are not a free citizenry, and they are held hostage by the “fundamentalist” which control their country. The women can be punished if their cover for their hair is exposed or it seems that extreme. They certainly can’t fight those in control on any subject or be threatened with death. Just recently it has been reported that over 30 thousand died at the hands of the “Fundamentalist” for minor infractions. Do you really think America is ready for such control? If you feel as I do, that I want to make my own decision in life. Then it requires that you pay attention to who you elect to not only national positions but also to your state positions. After all, it only makes good old “COMMON SENSE” to do so and never ever let them control what guns you may have. So many other countries are under someone’s thumb of control; but, let’s keep that far, far away here in America! And let the Media know how you feel with a slogan of “NO GUN CONTROL IN AMERICA”! And, just as a reminder, think about this, if you took all the deer hunters in Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia n Florida it might be the largest armed foot soldiers Army in the world. Now that’s what I call real “COMMON SENSE”!

THE “RIGHT” OF IT ALL!!!!!

Well folks, it’s been a while since I last posted as I have been slightly out of pocket or shall I say under the weather so to speak! But, that does not mean I haven’t been paying attention to what has been happening! I post when mostly when the “iron is hot”; but, sometimes it takes me a while to gather my thoughts and when I’m not feeling up to par, well, I just don’t get to it! Sorry, but part of COMMON SENSE is to be honest, and I really do present myself forward in what I hope comes across as honest.

I would like to back track a little to the “SOTU” speech and to how it came off from a COMMON SENSE standpoint. It kind of goes without saying that the Democratic Party acted as “a spoiled child” might when being reprimanded. There were a number of times when the Democrats should have and could have stood to show the guest respect and applauded their recognition. There was the mention of several heroes mentioned for different events and even some medal of honor medals presented along with the recognition of people who lost family members and all the while the Democrats seemed unmoved. The events of the Erika Kirk and the mom who lost her daughter affected me the most. I’m a dad and it simply struck a hard note with me about her loss and the pain both she and Erika must feel just knocks me down!

There were medals of honor presented and that is the highest civilian honor ever given and still the Democrats let that opportunity slip away. These are people who answered the call “above and beyond” and to not respect them is a slap in the face. I would like to say from my standpoint they are all heroes and I will always stand and salute them for their service to humanity. And BTW, it was a good speech, and the President is or should have received praise for content and presentation. He really did do a great job of blending in the economy with the presentations.

It seems to me that the Democrats just don’t get it! They seem to have lost touch with the average “American Citizen” when it comes to what most of us respect. Take for instance, the recent attack on Iran, or what it is termed EPIC FURY and ROARING LION. It seems the Democrats instincts somewhat have them against it also. This idea of a TERRORIST nation having nuclear weapons capable of reaching our shores being OK is just CRAZY; and, so, when the President called them such, he was right. He gave the forces of Iran more than enough time to come to a COMMON SENSE solution before he gave the order to attack. It should never be thought of as right for our enemy to have nuclear weapons as there are more than enough countries with them today. The “saving grace” of other enemies having them is although they are somewhat off their rocker at least, they are not considered a terrorist nation. We have been at “odds” with the leaders of Iran since 1979. They have never kept their word on any plan presented or approved. They, because of their leadership, are considered a “rogue nation” and they chant “DEATH TO AMERICA” at any chance. The people of Iran are not the problem, but they lived under the control of the AYATOLLAH ALI KHAMENEI or did so until he was killed in the attack “Epic Fury”! I would never celebrate the death of anyone; but, I feel the Iranian people will be better off under a government which they elect. Yet you have some Democrats that hate the President so that they just can’t help but to offer up criticism. What President Trump has done in Iran was done by President Clinton and President Obama previously but yet they want to stick their nose where it does not belong, “CONSTITUTIONALLY”!

Well folks, as you might have discerned already is that in these cases, I feel the President used what this sight is all about, good ole “COMMON SENSE”! I have found from my many years here on this earth where you can’t go wrong by using “COMMON SENSE”! If COMMON SENSE does not get you there; then, it will at least get you close enough for GOVERNMENT WORK! HA-HA! LET ME KNOW YOUR THOUGHTS AS I HAVE BROAD SHOULDERS AND MY FEELINGS DON’T GET HURT EASILY! So have a great day and use the “COMMON SENSE” GOD gave you!

MAYOR n GOVERNOR TO BLAME FOR DEATHS n RIOTS IN MINNEAPOLIS!!!

Hey, I’ve seen some post here-n-there trying to lay blame for the riots and deaths in Minneapolis; so, I thought I’d post up what “COMMON SENSE” tells us! Some blame ICE while others blame President Trump, but the truth of the matter is that the blame is, or should be, squarely on the shoulders of the state Governor along with the mayor of the city. The Attorney General also should bare some of the blame as he has not helped calm the riots. I know all you see on TV and media is that it is the fault of President Trump. But, let’s step back and take a good look at the facts.

First, let’s back up to when Biden and the democrats allowed thousands of illegals into the country without any vetting! That is where the blame really should be placed and possibly to those who may have rigged the election knowing what the democrats had in mind on immigration. Also, it can be traced back to those ignorant voters who voted for Biden in the first place. But, to bring it into today’s timeline, it is the Governor, Attorney General and the mayor who are responsible for all this nonsense. Not only have they fanned the flames and poured gasoline on the fire with their statements; but they have failed to do their job. All those mentioned needed to do was to work with ICE and instead of releasing those arrested for crimes back out on the street simply allow ICE to pick up the illegals at the jail thusly ICE would not have had to have more agents and would not have been in the neighborhoods trying to find the criminals. Now, that is the essence of the term “COMMON SENSE”! If I do not want them to come to my neighborhood to track down the “BAD GUYS,” then I will call ICE and turn the “BAD GUYS” over to them at the jail. By doing so they would be making their hood safer therefor the need for less officers is reduced making it better for all concerned.

It simply amazes me that so many people can’t think logically when it is so simple. It makes everyone safer; it is less strain on the system and the officers; and it is better for the citizens themselves. That’s what is meant by the old term, “WIN, WIN, WIN!” Now, they have let it rage on until more “BAD GUYS”. like ANTIFA. HAVE MOVED IN AND THEY DO NOT PROTEST; THEY RIOT! With the riots come broken windows, more assaults, more crime and then more officers. Why is that so hard to understand?

Wish they would simply listen to “COMMON SENSE”, apply it, and life would be so much simpler. It would be better for all concerned not to mention safer. I’m not here to proclaim fault for the shootings as such as I was not there in the “split second” of making the decision; but, if all I have stated above would have happened, then maybe the deaths could have been avoided. No matter what side politically you fall that would have been a good thing. So, in the future all I ask is for all concerned to stop and think before you act as it might produce better outcomes! After all it only makes “COMMON SENSE” to do so.

TRUMP, MADURO’S WORST NIGHTMARE!!!

America and President Trump just became Maduro’s, and not to mention several dictators, worst nightmare. Our military simply went in and surgically removed Maduro and his wife in the middle of the night under the cover of darkness. It was a lawful capture of a fugitive from justice with the backing of our military! I would love to have been a “fly on the wall” to witness the look on Maduro’s face. I really would have loved to have been one of those “BAD ASS” warriors; but, at my age, no way. Might have never been that tough! Those WARRIORS are to be rewarded for their bravery and the training it took to pull off such a feat!

It has once again amazed me how the democrats are not proud of our elite forces. If I remember right, more than several democrats criticized President Trump in his first term for not removing Venezuela from Maduro’s control. Now when he does it, they are against it! Talk about “talking out of both sides of your mouth”! BTW, wasn’t it the democrats that wanted Kilmar Garcia, “the perfect dad”, to receive “due process”? Well, now, after President Trump has brought Maduro back so he can have his day in court for “due process”, they think it is a bad thing! Remember now, Maduro had a warrant so President Trump is simply doing his job and trying to make the democrats happy by giving Maduro his day in court!

I also remember that it was “THE DRUG/BORDER CZAR” who traveled to some of the countries to find the “ROOT CAUSE” of so much illegal immigration! I think that was Vice President, Kamala Harris. But, I could be wrong! But, probably not! HA HA! She did nothing to stop the flow of illegals or drugs into our country with not a peep out of the democrat leaning media.

I would like to point out that this capture of Maduro, who had a warrant, is simply sending a message to other dictators that America will protect our borders and our population from the poison which they allow the cartels to produce in their countries. There are several countries I can think might best take notice of the message America is sending! China furnishes the raw materials for cartels in Mexico to produce fentanyl which is then trafficked into our country. It is a way for them to “WAR” against us and never fire a shot. Now that is some good ole “COMMON SENSE” if ever there was some! They are killing our youth and others by the thousands each and every year.

It is time for all Americans to take stock of what is transpiring within our borders and use some “COMMON SENSE” and demand that our leaders back the President as he is certainly right in trying to put an end to the deaths. Once and for all, let’s band together as if we are fighting a war; for, that is what it has become. Stand and be proud of our military, police and first responders and back them completely. I’m here to go on record and to say they have my backing and respect! I’m simply an “OLD VET” living on a ranch in Texas and want my voice heard about how these “HEROES” who put their life at risk every day and I am damn proud of them and offer up my support! After all, it only makes “COMMON SENSE” to do so!

THE UN-NOBEL PEACE PRIZE!!!!!

Well folks, the Nobel or should I say Un-Nobel peace prize has stumped their toe again! The award was given to a supposedly very nice lady, Maria Corina Machado, who has worked for the betterment of the people of Venezuela! A noble cause no doubt; but it really does not compare to the ending of eight world conflicts! Taking nothing away from her and her efforts but the award should have been given to President Trump! Like him or not, one must admit to the fact that he did a great thing, eight times in a row! Just ask the average citizen of any of the countries involved for years in these conflicts.

Maybe it’s because he spoke of the award himself, which I thought was out of line, or maybe it might have something to do with the fact that the committee is a left leaning outfit with 4 of its 5 members being “libtards”! We will never know. But, I have my own thoughts and if you apply “COMMON SENSE” to the fact then 4 against 1 you will always lose. I’d love to have been a fly on the wall for that discussion! Bet the conservative in the bunch got rolled over like a “squirrel on a busy roadway”! Opened his mouth once and was flattened!

I know the liberals in America are joyful that he did not get the award; but, that simply reinforces the fact that they are dishonest at best and crooks outright! They seem to support the wrong side of every issue! It is because the President is quick to express and support the “COMMON SENSE” view on every issue. So, out of hate they are on auto when making their choice. If the President is for it, then they are against it even if it is a stupid choice!

If you believe I am being too hard, then just take a look at the crime issue in our major cities. New York, Chicago and Portland are some prime examples. Crime is running wild in the streets of these cities and yet they reject the federal help from the President simply because they do not want him to be successful like he was in DC. They were elected to serve the people of their city and state but choose out of hate to look the other way as their citizens suffer.

Maybe just maybe, after all is said and done this year with his help in stopping conflicts around the word and after the extra help cleans up the crime problems, he might be considered for the prize next year. It would only make “COMMON SENSE” if that is the case. Until then, we can only hope that those who choose will see the light!

I DO NOT UNDERSTAND, PLEASE HELP!!!

Boy, did I say a mouthful! Folks, I’ve always relied on “COMMON SENSE” to help me make sense of problems which might arise in my world; but for the life of me, I’m at a complete loss when it comes to the positions the democrats are taking. They seem to be on the wrong side of any 75/25 issue. The country sees things one way while the democrats are not just out in left field….they are completely out of the stadium! How do they come up with statements like “we have to be prepared to take a bullet for our positions”? That might not be a direct quote but is damn close. They are really calling for violence instead of trying to communicate. They are attacking ICE OFFICERS in several states and calling on criminal gangs to rise up against the same officers of law and order.

They said for the entire Biden term that nothing could be done without new laws being put in place to stop the flow of illegal immigrants into our country. Funny how right after President Trump was elected it started to change almost from the second he took the oath! No new laws, nothing new except we got a new President. Funny how their claims were disproved! We have to get a handle on this immigrant issue as we are spending “COZILLION” dollars to support the immigrants. ICE is removing many of the “bad hombres”; but, because the sanctuary cities, counties and states are not complying or trying to help, the ICE officers are having to go into places of work and neighborhoods to find the criminals and are finding many more that need to be removed. If the leaders of these cities and such would comply and turn over the “bad hombres”, then the run of the mill immigrant would or could simply apply for permits. But, when an ICE officer finds someone here illegally, it his or her duty to detain for deportation. This makes it much harder on the immigrant who might be living a straight up life of work, school, paying taxes and trying to assimilate.

So, here goes nothing as I know many may not agree with me, but I am bound to try to offer up some “COMMON SENSE” SOLUTION TO AN AGE-OLD PROBLEM. Let’s look back a few years when the “Dreamers” were in the news almost on every broadcast. I believed then and still do today that if an immigrant has been in country for say 5/10 years or more, working, paying taxes, raising a family with kids in schools they should be treated differently than someone who came here under false pretense or snuck across as a “got away”! I am sure I have had contact with some of these of which I speak, and they are good people and should receive consideration for trying to assimilate into our culture. Congress. or the President. by EO should put in place a system where these people are safe. But, they must come out of the shadows and pay a small fine or something or someway to make them legal immigrants. If they are good workers trying to do things right, then they must receive some credit. If they fail to step up, then the problem is on them, and they should be treated accordingly.

It will not please everyone but we as Americans need to help those who wish to be a part of our great country and help by furnishing a system they can apply to, so as to become legal. After all, it only makes
“COMMON SENSE” that we stand for what we believe in and try to furnish a route to freedom for good people.

WELL, THE TIME HAS COME!!!!!

The time has come for me to post up something about the bombing in Iran! I waited some time as I wanted for at least some of the facts to surface. It seems all the “hoop-n-holler” has settled somewhat so we may be getting down to the real truth of the matter instead of “HYPE”! Not only has the IEAE put out a statement about the bombing; but, some of the officers of the Iranian government have made statements about the destruction. From my chair here at the capital of “COMMON SENSE,” it seems that if it is not totally destroyed the Iranian’s have at least suffered a huge set back in the attempt to produce a nuclear weapon! Now, let’s just see if the democrats believe that is a good thing or not. So far, they have seen fit to lean toward President Trump having made a huge mistake and say no determent took place. I do not understand how anyone cannot think it was a great achievement to stop the Iranian’s march toward a nuclear weapon. But, as I’ve never said in the past so many times, “you can’t call the democratic party a place with much “COMMON SENSE”! It seems they may have been “playing hide-n-seek behind the closet door during that lecture”!

How can anyone even start to think about how it might be good for the #1 sponsor of terrorism in the world to have such a weapon! They scream and shout “Death to America and death to Israel” on a daily basis! Don’t think that if they had it they would not use it on American shores ASAP! The people are not bad people, but their leadership is “EVIL”! The chance was missed by the Obama time in office when the Iranian people tried to rise up but Obama decided not to help them overthrow the evil leadership! Just another mistake by the democrats. This problem would have not come to the forefront if Obama had helped in the overthrow!

We are now living with a “cease fire” which is good as it might lead to an end to the conflict between Iran and Israel. That could be a great beginning for peace to break out in the middle east. People “living and letting live” in that region would be a great accomplishment no matter who gets the credit. It may come to pass and all countries in the region will be better served as will the world as the shipping lanes will be secure.

Again, this is my opinion and I’m sure no democrat will jump up and shout I’m right, but it really only matters that we convince a few at a time to look at the world today from a “COMMON SENSE” angle! EVEN I’M AT A LOSS!!!!!

Hey, yes even I’m at a loss! I can’t believe the nonsense the democrats are trying to continue to push! They were on the losing end of every issue and that is why they lost the election. Let me take just a moment to apologize for the lack of posts; but, I was at a loss during the election! In my mind, I was so far from the media that it just did not make sense, but it is even worst now! So, I’ve decided to get back at it to keep everyone with something to read that makes “COMMON SENSE”.

I really do not know how to begin as I cannot believe the democrats are upset at the thought of reigning in government spending to eliminate waste and abuse. Trump and his appointed DOGE people have shown us some really wasteful things being gifted to countries and hustlers everywhere! And the Democrats are screaming about it! Not that the funds are wasted; but, that they have been brought to light! They seem to want all this nonsense to be kept under wraps! That only tells me that COMMON SENSE WILL TELL US, that some of the people screaming the loudest have their hand in the cookie jar. One representative, and I do not have his name just yet, screamed for Elon Musk “to keep his hands off their money”! He said the secret part out loud! They think if they come up with a scheme to enrich their own pocket books, even if it is illegal, that it is their money and their right to it! Does this not tell you everything you need to know? The American taxpayer is footing the bill, and these crooks are filling their bank accounts. This is completely wrong, and many heads need to roll.

There have been people profiting from the monies and weapons sent to Ukraine in the thousands of dollars. How about “coffee cups” at $1300 dollars apiece. Someone is having cookies with their coffee. And over 2 million for electric cars in Vietnam? You think maybe someone is on the take? Or how about 37 K for a Trans World comic book in Peru? You think maybe the joke is on and at the expense of the American taxpayer?

Sorry to have to reenter with such bad news on this restart of posting; but, someone needs to make sure we are all aware of what the democrats are all upset over! It simply makes no COMMON SENSE to be this upset unless it is that someone has stumbled upon your “HIST”! THEY KNOW IT IS ALL COMING TO AN END SOON AND LET ME POINT OUT IT IS NOT ALL DEMOCRATS AND ANYONE WHOSE TIED IN WITH THIS THIEVERY, SHOULD BE KICKED OUT OF OFFICE AND FACE CHARGES. Your state reps, or mine, if they have been ripping the system then we should allow the system to rip them. After all, it only makes COMMON SENSE to do so!

WHERE IS THE DEMOCRAT’S COMMON SENSE!!!

I swear, I’m trying hard to understand how the democrats think about the last election! And, I want to be respectful of such a landslide victory! I’m trying hard to see their viewpoint; but for the life of me, I am getting nowhere fast. The DNC, along with Harris/Walz, simply got there “butts whooped” but seemed that most of them do not realize that America has changed. Americans are concerned with their own needs first and if there are any leftovers then we will help others. Hey, that is what is meant by the saying, “America First”! The election was decided by the open borders deal and the economy of which inflation was a large part. These two aspects are certainly tied together as one feeds off of the other. With more people in the country, more demands have to be met in larger sales numbers. More people grabbing for fewer products equals inflation. That would to some extent be great if not for the fact that the government is funding all this with payouts to the “illegals” which in turns means you and I are fronting the bill thru taxes.

President elect Trump has stated he will remove these “illegals” and deport them as quickly as possible. He has set sail on naming his cabinet with people of like minds. And what have the democrats decided to do? They have decided to fight him anyway possible to hinder the deportations. Now, let me ask you, how does that make any COMMON SENSE as you just got a “BUTT WHOOPING” and the democrat’s fronting for the “illegals” was one of the main reasons for that whooping! The people just got thru telling you they think the country was on the wrong track, which the immigrant deal was a part of the problem, and you want to support the immigrants instead of supporting America. Now, I’ve never claimed to be a really intelligent person; but, I do have a bit of common sense which tells me they just did not learn anything from the election. To my way of thinking, you have to be dumber than a stump to not see the problem you folks caused and how America said no to you and yours! But, I have been told by many that I am barking up the wrong tree to argue with a democrat as they just simply do not have the common sense gene that I, by arguing, assume they have! Tell me what you think!

Hopefully, President elect Trump will surround himself with smart people that will allow him to correct the immigrant problem and at the same time reduce the inflation rate of goods/services! One way to do so is to, “DRILL BABY DRILL” to reduce the price of transportation that has been added. It starts with the farmer and his fuel cost, and affects the delivery of his crops to the distributor, then with fuel cost to the warehouses, then to the stores, and even to the cost of fuel for you to shop the stores. It affects the cost of all goods and services! Even to the guy buying fuel for his machines to mow your grass and the fuel for him to show up. It is all in a chain that pushed prices upward!

So, let’s all contact our representatives we sent to DC to do our bidding and tell them we support the new administration. After all, it only makes COMMON SENSE to do so as they work for us! It is time that they realize that fact; so, do your part and let them know your feelings.

THE PEOPLE HAVE SPOKEN!!!!!

Yes, the people have spoken and spoken loudly! I was one of the few that was predicting a landslide victory for Trump simply due to “COMMON SENSE”! As I looked at the policies of the Biden/Harris term and Harris saying, “she could not think of a thing she might do differently”, it seemed to me that America would turn away from the direction or track we were on. I voiced this to liberals and conservatives alike with not many agreeing with me. The liberals simply laughed at me while the conservatives, all the while wishing it to be, were afraid to voice that opinion. It is ironic that the “VIEW” is where Harris expressed that view and was probably the biggest factor in her losing the election. It is not often you will find me thanking the view; but, in this case, thanks for that question.

And just in case you did not already know of my leanings, they are to the conservative side. I knew all along that America would reject “WOKE-ISM” at some point and felt we had reached that point earlier in the Biden/Harris term. Harris simply made some bad choices–one of which was her choice of Walz as a running mate. He is not the “Macho Man” image which America seems to lean toward. And this was proven out by the women that helped the Trump/Vance ticket win. And while on the mention of Vance, I feel he may be setting up for a run himself with the way he has presented himself. I watched several of his interviews in hostile territory and he handled the situations quite well. He is well educated, can think on his feet and is most certainly a conservative voice for the future.

It seems to me, that the Democratic party is completely out of touch with the mainstream American ideas. And they seemed to misrepresent the conservative views on most issues. Let us take the view on abortion as an example. They, Harris, the DNC, and the media kept saying that the Supreme Court had taken away that right; when, it simply returned that decision to the states. And as a refresher, let me point out that abortion is not mentioned in the Constitution! But what is mentioned is that if it is not mentioned then the right automatically falls to states’ rights. It should have never been decided on a federal level in the first place. Don’t misunderstand that most conservatives, like myself, are pro-life. It is a long-time stance for me, and I am not ashamed to make the stand.

It seems we, as conservatives, may retain control of the house while we already have won the White House and the Senate. Hopefully, we can complete the sweep as it will help install the wishes expressed by this election. It will simply make it easier to undo some things and to institute new policies which will “Make America Great Again”! Things like supporting our allies, closing our open borders and trying our best to end the destruction of wars everywhere. We have already seen Hamas wanting to talk more about an end to that war; and, we have seen a caravan coming from the south start to fall apart. This has happened since the election last Tuesday. Good things have already started to happen and the new President is not even in office yet!

The only thing that the country will have to worry about now is another death threat on Trump. As one has just been uncovered with links to Iran. It will be all important to step up the protection forces for both President elect Trump and VP elect J.D. Vance. IMHO, there are forces from outside of our country as well as from within that must be squashed that wish them harm. Remember, we are all Americans, and all should want them protected as it only makes “COMMON SENSE” to do so.
